How goes?
I'm Meegs/Megan.. Donoma and Kai are my girls--both Rocky Mountain Pleasure horses.. They're like my babies.. But I didn't have to birth them. Thank goodness.
I'd love to talk to and get to know anyone here, especially folks who might be able to help us or get help from us on how to live a more in-tune, in-touch life with our equine friends. ..Or if you have awesome experiences, funny stories, want to bounce ideas back and forth.. Here I am:)
I'm very interested in learning how to communicate with them, and create a two-sided relationship that benefits everyone involved. I like a more holistic approach to things, and would love to get to know others who share like views:) Definitely open to anyone and everyone else though--The more input, the better!

Well this seems to be the right thread for saying hello :)
My name is Char, I'm proudly bossed around by An Appy named Allie and her son Pan is trying to get in on the action (thank fully I'm still taller than he is by about and 1/8 of a cm).
I'm a fan of holistic/natural blah blah. ;) And try very hard to live it in my whole life (sometimes failing miserably ha!).
I am a barefoot hoof practitioner and take hoof care very seriously, actually I'm quite anal and passionate about it because Allie is suffering from chronic laminitis due to her former owner not being informed by farriers/vets that horses NEED regular hoof care. So there you have it, I get mad and then I do something about it and I do it right.

I don't ride much, prefering to groom/smell/be with my horses and just watch them hang out and be what they are best, horses.
