So I have a two year old Oldenburg filly, still training her, who I plan on competing in jumpers. I'm thinking about getting her insured for medical and mortality. Being a first time horse owner I have no idea which company to go with or what to get (don't want to pay for something I don't need or over pay). Any advice is welcomed. Thanks!
I deal with BF Lorenzetti, they've always been fantastic. You're going to pay 3% of insured value for mortality and I *think* around 300 or so for the major medical (if she's valued over 5000). Minimum premium is $150.
