Barn Fire that Killed Eight Horses a Suspected Hate Crime

I was just reading this article about a barn fire that looks like it's arson. Eight horses were killed and a hate crime is suspected.  I am really sick about this if it's true.

Those poor horses!
If it really is a hate crime, I hope the culprit is caught, locked up and given a psychiatrist, because if not, he'll only do it(or something similar) again

Just don't put me on the jury because I'm an "eye for an eye" type when it comes to animal cruelty or abuse. Okay you can pull the pyromaniac out of the barn at the last minute, but not that he knows he's going to be rescued.
