As someone with an unusual calf size and a limited budget, I was really excited to find Nittany boots online-catering to both my budget and size. I purchased the boots on March 20th, but around April 10th, I still hadn't received any sort of tracking number or confirmation.

I phoned and left several messages over the next two weeks, as well as emailed, hoping to receive the tracking number. April 22nd rolls around and no response has been made to either emails or calls, so I email back and say that I am frustrated with the unprofessionalism and say that I will be opening a dispute with Paypal. That day I get an email.

The email says, sooo sorry, I've been really busy and won't be able to process the order until after May 13th, if you want to cancel, I understand.

Seeing as 2 months before even processing the order is a little ridiculous IMO, I say thank you, I will cancel and accept the refund.

Not a single word, email, or refund from her since.

Buyer beware, this lady is a fraud. I have had a lot of very succesful purchases online and even through ebay, but this lady is shady.
