Unusual Weather, Hows Your Horse Doing?

The weather so far this winter in Southern Ontario has been up and down and everywhere -- I've been hearing from some friends that their horses seem to be unusually colicy or just a bit off due to the weather.. is anybody else experiencing unusual weather in their area? How are your horses doing this winter, have they been affected by the up and down weather patterns lately?

My horses are doing okay, but I am pumping warm water down them like crazy! We have plenty of hay, plenty of old grass hanging around on the pasture, and they are moving around quite a bit so that's great! Still, the thermometer is up, and down, and up, and down! Very unsettling!
