New Arabian Owner from Ontario!
Permalink Closed

Hi everyone, I am a young horse owner, I got a 16 year old bay arabian named Fanta :)

I have been riding on and off for 11 years, dabbling in Jumpers, Pony Club andfinally trail riding. I am hoping to try some roping, barrel racing, and team penning soon :)

My horse is my pride and joy and best friend. She's been my baby for just over a year, but I have known her for 5.  Me and msister have trained her, and me and Fanta are content to just wander around our property and roads enjoying the scenery!

I am actually looking for another horse right now, and hopefully I will find it soon :) I look forward to being a part of this horse community and I feel I can learn alotfrom hanging around here :)

Welcome to Barnmice and our forum!

I just ADORE Arabian mares.  I am so lucky to be able to ride one myself!

Welcome to Barnmice, always nice to have someone new joining this terrific site.

I have a Polish Arabian grey, he's 13 but I've only had him a little over two years. I had been out of riding for many years , too busy with school, work, kids, hubby etc. But now I have the time to enjoy him. I mostly like to just ride trails for pleasure, or in winter we sometimes just cruise around my little acreage, we have some nice trails near  my home so I don't have to go far. Riding when your older seems a lot different, and Sharif has been a real challenge for me, but I think we've ironed out most issues, and I'm learning probably more than he is,lol. Arabians are the most wonderful breed of horse.
