What are your favorite Horsey Quotations?

This one is on the wall of our tackroom. No quite horsey, but I could certainly substitute the word "sporting" for "riding" and there you go..:

Be tolerant of those who describe a sporting moment as their best ever.

We do not lack imagination, nor do we live sad and barren lives;

it is just that real life is paler, duller and contains less potential for unexpected delirium.

Nick Hornby

I have so many favorite horsey quotes! The one in my signature by John Wayne, and another of my favorite quotes is:

Always saddle your own horse, quoted by the late great Connie Reeves -- what a cowgirl! I find this quote applies in so many ways aww

Another good one...

There are only two emotions that belong on the saddle;
One is a sense of humour, and the other is patience
