Any tips for timing for the one-time changes?
Permalink Closed

So Caspari is now doing three "ones" very nicely with Belinda. He is coming along quite easily and soon it will be by turn to try.  I am very capable up to the "twos" and I have done a few ones on GP horses. There my experience ends. I would love some imagery or timing tips to get myself into the proper mode and timing for the ones. I have Belinda there to talk me through everything, but if anyone else has had to make this leap, I would love to hear how you got yourself into the correct rythmn. It is particularly the first three changes that I have had trouble with in the past.

Thanks!
