Watch the whole thing and see where it is slowed down.....one does not talk into a hearing aid.

Its just so weird.................

It sure is! But i'm sure there an explaination for it somewhere out there.

My guess is that the person is running late and is holding their pocket watch to their ear (gloves make it look bulkier than it is) muttering to themselves...
