I think this is too funny! I am a slight fan of Robbie Williams, and to see that Mr. Davison will be using his music as re-composed classical pieces in a kur is truly amusing. It reminds me of Ashley Holzer's kur with Pop Art at the Royal (seen here).
I love when riders take time to do something really fun with their freestyle routines and music. They might not be the best freestyles ever, but everyone has fun watching, and I'm sure it's got to be fun for the horse and rider both.
Have you ever done something funny during your dressage test? Do you dream of doing a freestyle to some funny, off-the-wall song?
One day I'd like to do a freestyle to some AC/DC ;)

I think it is great when somebody does a fun dressage kur like this, it breaks the crowd out of the "prime and proper" and most likely breaks the rider out of riding in a nervous state. I've always liked watching Anky van Grunsven ride to rock music, but that is just me

I might get a freestyle made for me in the Fall, and I was hoping to incorporate "Here Comes the Sun" by The Beatles :) I love the tune, it's so catchy!
Siobhan, that would be so cool! I'm a Beatles fan, myself, so I think that would be a pretty rad freestyle ;) You'll have to post a video when its all finished!
