I highly recommend "How Good Riders Get Good" by Denny Emerson. Jane Savoie's books are very good, and so is "Lessons with Lendon" by Lendon Gray.

If you know someone who likes mysteries, Patti Brooks wrote a horse murder mystery book, "Fame and Deceit."

For kids books, I really recommend the Ellen Feld books - she wrote a whole series.

Happy shopping and reading!

Dick Francis is the best! So well written and I love the protagonists. For kids, the Jinny series by Patricia Leitch is fantastic.

I really like "Wild Ride" by Ann Hagedorn Auerbach. It's about the rise and tragic fall of Calumet Farm, the nations premier racing dynasty, and is just a great story, as well as very informative. "Funny Cide" is also a great book.

Best of luck,
