So this is nice...

I'm at a lovely party for the enitre evening, chatting very politely with everyone. In the hallway waiting for the elevator I looked in the mirror only to see three giant green things stuck in my teeth! I guess everyone was too polite to say anyhting, but I looked like a hillbilly the whole night!!

My question is, what do you do in that situation? Would you say something to the person if they were a fellow guest and you didn't know them very well? Or would you let them go through the night with a garden in their teeth??!

I wonder what the correct etiquette is for this type of thing!

Well....I once had to tell my boss, the CEO of the company, that his fly was open...so I think I'd probably tell you.

Hahahahahaha! That makes me feel much better about my half-eaten appetizers!

I think speaking discreetly and lightly - to the person with something on the teeth is probably what I'd do -- don't want the person to feel embarassed about it - but I'd hope that someone would say something to me if I had stuff in my teeth...so...yeah...I'd think it would be right to say something...
