I came across this article someone had posted on Facebook and thought I would share it here as it is quite interesting! I hadn't heard of a lot of these colours and they are pretty neat!

Thanks for sharing this link, when I took Equine Genetics and we covered the genetics which influence colour it was so interesting all of the photos that we were able to review. I'm going to save this link because the photos are so handy aww

Does anybody have an unusually marked horse? My old gelding had Bird Catcher spots, one spring after a shed of his winter woolies he had a record number of spots to show off! When they first started to appear I found it so unusual because he had no markings otherwise.
