What kind of gloves do you ride in for winter?

I like to have the closest possible feel to the reins, but my hands are always freezing. I have been using some $6 dollar cheapo gloves with rubber dots on the inside, but there must be something better out there! I like very "sticky" gloves. Any suggestions would be very welcome!
