My father in-law's boat blew up!

My father in-law, who is close to 80, was pulling his boat away from the marina at Lake Simcoe on Saturday. About 100 feet away from the dock he heard a bang and the back of his boat was gone and the boat was on fire! People from the dock were yelling "Jump", so he had to jump into the freezing lake in his clothe...
